I can't really explain how much I love Andy Warhol, so much that I made my BF wear a blonde wig so me and him could be Andy Warhol and Eddie Sedgwick for Halloween how lovely. So ever since I saw Lucy with her andy warhol tote bag I was just like OMG gotta have one [[NOT]] let's see only yesterday at the ROCKENHOUSTON.COM second aniversary I spotted 3 girls wearing the exact same bag and I gotta say I was not surprised, not at all after finding out that they have for $20 at Ross and thats one of the many reasons I absolutley love EBAY and online shopping so Im still looking for one but is gotta be different thats for sure. Still a good bargaing considering that regular price is $40 something.

bedroom makeover..

So we painted the bedroom today and this is the outcome, I really like it is a bit dramatic because we went from dark grey almost black to super white I love the contrast of my paintings against the white wall I don't have a before picture but in the pictures of the pasts blogs you can kinda see the original color. I also want to add that the paintings that you see (except for the statue of liberty one) are mine so yea there it is........

This second picture looks darker but is the same color.

Thrift shopping....

So today I went thrift shopping and found the leggins I wanted I love them!!! Urban Outfitters has some very similar only for the price mine were $4 ea. =)and they have'em on sale for $14.99 so Im pretty excited and I bougth two vests Im a big fan of vests but since they are so "in" rigth now the cheapest you'll find at regualr stores is $18 and up, mine $3 ea. , and finally my slouch boots perfect to wear with my leggins and dresses and they are Steve Madden I have'nt had a chance to look'em up and see how much they really are, and I doubt they still have them online but I'll look around.. oh yea and I paid $15 for them.....

Pop Art....

This is my idea of POP art is full of color with a vintage feel and I love everything that looks vintage but can look modern and cool at the same time. I came across with this site just days ago at HGTV and I fell in love with them, and I just wanted to share this since they are ridicously cool, these posters run from $9.99 up depending on the size you want and there are 100's to choose from Im most likely to get these 4 so these are my next proyect Im planning on painting my room white and frame the posters with black frames so I can hang'em all aroud my room but thats just me.

It looks almost like Desings for shirts wouldn't you love to have shirts with this desings on'em? well me and my BF are working on lots of cool things like this but you'll have to wait, basically we have them and the shirts but we are still looking for the rigth people to print them we want the cheapeast possible so our shirts and other clothing can be cheap and cool =)

Impulsive buyingg

Sometimes i get crazy I start chippin my nails for no reason ahhhhh
and i want everything my shopping list gets larger then life by the day nono by the freaking minute i swear, so lately when i look at the closet Im like damn i gotta buy the boy some clothes no really i need to, i have my side of the closet so full not even an inoccent spider could fit there the chest which has 3 drawers first; underwear, second; my shirts, leggins, layering tops, etc, third; my jeans i folded'em i know weird anyways, Im planning to go to target, express, urban outfitters and buffalo exchange to buy him and me some clothes I only have 50 bucks but that should do it yea , just the other day i walked out of target with 1 skirt 3 shirts (for him) 1 short some crazy cool socks and 1 shirt for me..$20 and cents want good deals stick by my side or my mom's

Shopping Update

I hate the mall I mean really who wants to buy whatever everybody else has?, as much as I love Forever 21 (the prices are unbeatable and the got the coolest shit) you have to admit it everybody shops there and I mean EVERYBODY so my advice is 1. Shop online (ebay, delias, alloy.com) 2. Shop secondhand (thrift stores, garage sales, goodwill) 3. Make your own stuff or don't there are so many ways to make an outfitt yours(tights, scarves, leggins,belts, etc). Anyways for those of you who think like me here are some cool hip shops where you can find different yet classy pieces at a good price.

Today was book day i bougth like 4 books and 2 magazines well one of the magazines was free and the other one i guess I was supposed to pay for it but i didn't because it was in the free magazines section i found out when i got in the car oh well, the thing is me and my boyfriend planned this shopping trip a week ago when we both got the spend 60 and we take $20 off cards from Express so we decided to go to a Shopping Plaza only to find out that we didn't really wanted to spend our money at Express jeans are good tops are good but i wasn't feeling it so much anyway across from it was Urban Oufitters a Book Store and Jamba Juice, first stop Urban Outfitters which I love bougth two pairs of sunglasses purple and black and then the Book Store were I bougth 4 books one about Fashion and 2 about Interior Design and of course one for my BF a Graphic design book later we went to Starbucks had mocca frapp no whip or syrup please and had a cupcake with that.. next stop some hip boutique were i bougth this BCBG cashmere blouse-sweater .....retail price $140 got it for $39 bargain and the lime color is gorgeous not to mention the gold detail.

I also found this quilted beige bag i love the long chain strap and the color goes well with everything almost and for $5 i just couldn't resist.
