I've already dreamt more than a couple of times that I am in New York City and I accidentally bump into Penn Badgley (from Gosspi Girl), on or off screen he always looks dreamy, I love his "I don't give a damn about fashion" look, because he does looks like he doesn't give a damn, but for some reason he still manages to dress fashionably.
